Optimum EMC protection thanks to the unique 360° brass brush, which creates a low-resistance contact between the copper stranded shielding and the cable gland.

Applications

Withstands high chemical and mechanical stress.
For EMC-compliant insertion of copper-shielded cables.
Suitable for outdoor use, subject to the temperature range.
The "XL" version is particularly suitable for thick-walled housing thanks to the exceptionally long connection thread.
Can be used in railway vehicles in accordance with standards (fire behaviour test in accordance with DIN EN 45545-2, requirement sets R22/R23, hazard levels HL1-HL3; fire resistance test in accordance with DIN EN 45545-3, classification E30).
Note: For painted, anodised or powder-coated housings, use the counter nut SKINDICHT® SM-PE-M for equipotential bonding.
