Benefits

  • VDE-certified cable with ?VDE? testing mark for proven reliability and quality.
  • Insulated aluminium conductors are single or multi-wire, round or sector-shaped.
  • Classified fire behaviour according to EU Directive 305/2011 (BauPVO/CPR) with article number selection at www.lappkabel.de/cpr.
  • Aluminium conductors are lighter and cheaper than copper conductors. They achieve comparable conductivity, provided that at least one to two larger conductor cross-sections are selected.
  • A common core wrapping made of a filling compound ensures additional strength of the cable.
  • Suitable for direct underground installation thanks to tough insulation and sheath material (PVC). The robust materials protect against harmful environmental influences and chemicals.

Applications

  • Power and control cable for fixed installation in the following applications:
  • For indoor and outdoor use
  • In concrete with a temperature below the maximum cable operating temperature of +70 °C according to the VDE standard HD 603/VDE 0276-603 - Part 3-G (point 4) governing PVC cables for direct burial
  • Burial without additional, suitable underground protection according to VDE standard HD 603/VDE 0276-603 - Part 3-G (point 4) governing PVC cables for direct burial: normal minimum installation depth 0.6 m, but at least 0.8 m under roads
  • For fixed installation in water, air, earth and concrete. In the ground, the minimum installation depth without additional, suitable protection is 0.6 m, and at least 0.8 m under roads.
  • Suitable for medium mechanical stress.
  • Suitable for outdoor use, subject to the temperature range.
  • Can be used in dry, damp or wet environments.
  • Can be used universally for connecting the power supply in buildings and industrial facilities.
  • Suitable for energy distribution in power and converter stations.
