  • Halogen free core insulation and sheath compound, as well as the confirmed low smoke emission in the event of a fire, make the cable suitable for use in public areas.
  • Improved fire properties and adaptation to stricter fire safety requirements within the EU. Classified fire behaviour according to EU Directive 305/2011 (BauPVO/CPR) with article number selection at www.lappkabel.de/cpr.
  • Improved mechanical stability compared to LAPP"s predecessor product "H1Z2Z2-K", tested using the impact resistance test for direct underground installation according to UL 854.
  • Cross-linked insulation and sheath materials promote durability at high temperatures or at high current load, ensure a high dielectric strength and a high maximum short circuit temperature.
  • Available in three different outer sheath colours so that the DC conductor can be identified externally.

Applications

  • For unprotected connection of solar modules and inverters in earthed and non-earthed photovoltaic systems according to EN 50618.
  • For connecting solar modules.
  • For fixed installation and occasional flexing, if necessary freely hanging.
  • Can be installed in closed installation ducts, under plaster and in devices.
  • Underground installation in protective conduits only with drainage of accumulated water.
  • In and on protected devices of protection class II according to EN 50618.
  • For short-circuit-proof and short-to-earth-proof applications according to EN 50618 and HD 60364-5-52.
  • Suitable for medium mechanical stress.
