• The 16-contact insert is used to supplement the EPIC® H-A 16 and EPIC® H-A 32. It bears the 33-48 pole labelling to reduce potential assembly errors.
• Easy to service screw connection enables assembly without special tools.
• The maximum number of poles within a rectangular connector housing can thus be increased to 48.
• Available with or without wire protection. The wire protection enables stranded wires without conductor end sleeves to be connected directly.
• Compliant with standards for use in rail vehicles (fire behaviour test according to DIN EN 45545-2:2016-02, requirements sets R22 and R23, hazard levels HL1, HL2 and HL3).
